How governments are formed (majority, coalition), the roles of PM, Cabinet and ministers, local government, devolution to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and the arguments for further decentralisation of power.

The question
The separation of executive, legislature, judiciary and Monarchy, how Parliament scrutinises government, the bicameral system (Commons and Lords), the law-making process from bill to Act, the civil service, police, and the tensions within the uncodified constitution.
