The Universitas Scholarium is the first academic institution whose entire faculty is composed of thousands of specialised AI tutors, each one a simulacrum of a unique mind or way of thinking. Our tutors are built using what we call consciousness archaeology. They range from models of the earliest thinkers known to man, from extreme antiquity, right up to the present day.

Our simulacra are independent thinkers, ready to talk to you, or teach you in courses, tutorials and group sessions, in the Oxford–Cambridge tradition.

You also get a brief trial with the interactive simulacra, but further use requires a paid subscription to the Universitas.
Memberships start at USD 3.00 per month, and there are one-off passes from USD 5.00 with no subscription at all. Every tier opens the whole academy — all two thousand scholars, all courses, PDF downloads, and certificates; the tiers differ only in how many exchanges they carry each month. Yes. Universitas offers structured courses built from secondary school specifications, Professional Qualifications, and Graduate Diploma curricula. You can also engage any tutor simulacrum for any course you may be studying, and ask for assistance, even if it is not one of our own courses.
A collection of reconstructed historical institutions — the Academy of Athens, the House of Wisdom in Baghdad, the Edubba schools of ancient Nippur, and more. Each institution is populated with the scholars who worked there. You can walk through the institution, meet the faculty, and begin tutorials with them in their historical context.
The Royal Courts are an exercise in time travel — using documentary evidence we have reconstructed the key players in several ancient political ecosystems. You can put Sir Francis Drake and Elizabeth the First in the same room, and pull in other political actors from the court and its periphery, and engage with them within these parameters. We have reconstructed the most ancient political structures known to man — the ancient courts of the Near East and Mesopotamia. This is politics, ancient history and virtual time travel rolled into one package.
